About This Item
D. Appleton and Company, 1925. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 362 pages. A novel about a young man who returns home in disgrace after the bank he was associated with failed. A rather prophetic set-up, given the Depression coming five years after this book was published. First edition (first printing, with 1 on the final page). A very good copy in a very good dust jacket with minor loss at the extremities and a one-inch closed tear on the back panel.
