As can be expected, there's an emphasis on shellfish in particular. The six different Jambalaya recipes or the eight different Gumbo are themselves worth the price of the book. The book is possibly a First Edition, since no edition or reprints are stated. The book is an oversized paperback meauring 8 by 10 3/4 inches, with 64 pages. There are no illustrations, except for the front cover, but the mouth-watering recipes speak for themselves. The author is known for her more than 40 books and her syndicated column, "Celebrity Cookbook." . Oversized Soft Cover. Fine. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
