And extremely scarce print by Marko Marulić (1450-1524), often hailed as the "father of Croatian literature and Renaissance".
"Quinquaginta parabole" delves into the tenets of Christian living, presenting them through fifty concise parables as indicated by its title. Dedicated to Marulić's friend Toma Niger Mrčić, a Croatian humanist, diplomat, and later bishop of Skradin and Trogir.
Scarce, only one record in RBH (2006, Reiss und Sohn). USTC list only four copies (Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven; Universitäts- und Stadtbibliothek, Köln; Württembergische Landesbibliothek, Stuttgart; Universitetsbibliotek, Uppsala)
