Gray full calf, gilt decoration front & back cover, raised bands, & gilt lettering on spine, silk moire endpapers, a.e.g., a fine set, second volume w/ Easton Press promo leaflet, from the library of Robert A. Taylor, w/ bookplates on front pastedowns. First Easton Press Editions of Mao Tse-Tung’s “Little Red Book” published originally from 1964 to 1976, and widely distributed during the Cultural Revolution. The second work established Mao as one of the most important architects of modern guerrilla asymmetric warfare.
