Several of the plates have been hand-coloured -we are not sure if this is contempoarary to the book. Condition: In a half-morocco binding. Externally, rubbed, with some wear to the extremities. Joints starting, with some slight loss to the backstrip. Internally, firmly bound. Ink signature to front endpaper, and a hand-written index bound to the rear. Pages are bright, though with some scattered instances of foxing. Overall: GOOD..
