About This Item

Boston, MA: Edith Holden Webster, 1942. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Fine/Poor. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Lansing C. Holden. First printing. Gilt spine lettering and Racing Plane on blue front board in a pictorial dust jacket. Pictorial end papers. 8vo, 17pp. A near fine short book with well drawn illustrations. A very interesting personal aviation story - from the viewpoint of the plane! The dust jacket's Racing Plane front panel illustration is very good, but the spine, edges and corners of the DJ are chipped or torn.
