Chicago: The Radford Architectural Company, 1913. 12mo, flexible boards with gilt imprinting on spine and front cover, 887 pp + ads. Better than Very Good, just short of Near Fine, with trace edge wear most notable at lower right front cover corner, no other flaws. Firmly bound, clean, no writing inside or out. Highly collectible engineering / contracting reference, difficult to find in anything other than well worn condition. This one is quite sharp, clean and stout. See scans. Scarce genre keeper. L15n
