Originally published by Yale University Library in 1964, this is the third revised edition of this bibliography of American radical periodicals, including English-language Anarchist, Communist, and Socialist publications, compiled as a contribution to the study of the radical movement in America; in addition to the annotated bibliography of periodicals, it includes a lexicon and a genealogy of radical parties and groups and indexes of both editors and organizations; the author was the owner of a New York City book shop, a founding member of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America, and a former Trotskyist (red cloth with gold lettering; a bright, clean, tight copy)
