NY: Henry Holt & Company, 1906. First Edition . Hardcover. Very good with no dust jacket. Brown cloth with decorations in yellow and black and black lettering on front board and spine. Very slight darkening to spine and board edges. Front hinge is separated at title page, but still fairly tight. Four pages of ads at rear, with pages uncut at foredge. No names or other markings in book; a tight, clean copy.
