London: Edward Churton, 1851. Half-Leather. Near Good. Fold-Out Map of the Railroads of England at the back. Full-page illus. of Euston Station Great Hall is opposite the Table of Routes. The main text has In-Text illustrations of Views. Very detailed guide. Contemporary Red Half-Leather binding with Gilt Lettering on spine. Red textured Cloth covered boards and Leather Corners. Marblwed Endpapers. Top page edges Gilt. 590 pages, 1.7 Kilos, 10 1/4" Tall. Some edge wear and wear down sides of spine. Hinges sound. Binding of title & preliminary pages and last page reinforced with white tape. Crack to binding at penultimate page. Otherwise text block firm. No inscriptions. Folding Map has a closed tear on the right, going halfway across, repaired from the back. Also a small closed tear at the bottom, along the fold, likewise repaired. Weight 1.7 Kilos so Shipping Outside UK will be extra. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
