Worcester: by all the booksellers, 1848. First edition. Engraved frontispiece and 1 plate, illustrations. 8vo (7 x 4 1/2 inches), 376-pages. Original blindstamped green cloth; backstrip faded to brown, tiny cuts to headbands which are bumped. Cracking at inner gutter but very firm; overall good. Bookplate. The last 15-pages are partly illustrated advertisements for local businesses.
