Chicago: The John C. Winston Company, 1912. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Hugh A. Bodine. There is a gift inscription and date (1918) on a front end paper; otherwise it is unmarked. It is basically clean (small red stain at the top edge of the rear board), tight and square with good. There's light bumping/rubbing at the edges, noticeable at the ends of the spine. There are red titles on the front and spine. The boards are bright, particularly the picture on the front of the girls on horseback. It is illustrated with black & white drawings. It has very nice pictorial end papers and 296 pages plus ads.
