WINFIELD SCOTT (1786-1866). Scott was an American Army General and politician. DS. 1pg. October 29, 1811. Baltimore. A partially-printed military supply document, signed “W. Scott” as Major General. It concerns Scott’s use of firewood for the month of October 1811. This is a scarce document from early in Scott’s military career. It is in very good condition.
