Quarto, nine volumes, approximately 200 pages per volume, some with a few illustrations. Pictorial red card covers; minimal signs of handling; essentially a fine run. The first volume is one of only 56 copies of the 'revised and edited' second edition of November 1994; it was first published in an edition of 56 copies in July 1994. All other volumes are first editions: the second volume is one of only 93 copies, the others are each limited to only 156 copies. These volumes are rare by any definition: by the time the eighth number came out in 2000, all back issues were advertised as being 'unavailable' (see page 211 in that number).
