Clean red cloth boards with stamped gold lettering on cover and spine. No fraying or fading. Binding is tight and square, no cracking. Pages and edges are clean, with clean endpapers - no previous owner markings. Inscribed and signed by author on half-title page as follows: "Regards to Earl V. Chapin from Olive Knox"; also signed by author on title page: "Sincerely yours - Olive Knox." 303 pages with glossary. Clean dust jacket is price clipped on corner of front inside flap, has slight edge wear, short closed tear with associated corner crease at rear panel. Lovely photo of author and short bio on rear panel. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover.
