Los Angeles: Sylvester & Orphanos, 1981. Hardcover. Near Fine. First edition. Small square octavo. 32, [1]pp. Red cloth decorated in gilt and titled in black. Cover gilt with some oxidation and a bit of rubbing, spine label lightly rubbed, about near fine. An out of series copy, labeled "Presentation Copy" in type, and Signed by Bowles on the limitation page (the series was 330 copies). This copy additionally Inscribed on the limitation page, using a different pen: "this one for Dan Benté and with my best. P.B. Tangier, 6/5/82.
