London: Hutchinson, 1986. First edition. Hardcover. First edition, first printing. 351 pp. Bound in publisher's blue cloth with silver spine lettering. Fine in Fine unclipped dust jacket with only trivial shelf wear. Increasingly uncommon in such nice shape.
