A Report from the Committee Appointed to Enquire Into the State of the Goals of this Kingdom Relating to the Kings Bench Prisons. Published by Order of the House of Commons. An in depth report of the state of the Kings Prisons commissioned by the Houses of Parliament. Examined the representatives of the Court of the Kings Bench and the execution of the Office Marshall of the Court. 27 pages, complete in it's own right. Taken from a bound up book that would have held the reports of parliament for that period. This was quite common to bind up the acts to keep them together probably for public or business use. Pages are in poor to average condition. Marking, soiling, age toning, light foxing and edge separation where it was taken from the book. Pages loose from each other. Title page cut off centre.
