Way, printers,, 1810. first edition; 7 pp, general age toning, extraction roughness at spine and modern side stapling, good only; at the end of the Revolutionary War Captain Samuel Lapsley received two commutation certificates with a total value of $2,360; through circumstances explained in the text they were never redeemed and the time limitation has expired but the committee feels an exception should be made and his widow should get the money. - If you are reading this, this item is actually (physically) in our stock and ready for shipment once ordered.
