Early Mackenzie King publication on the working hours of women and girls in non-manufacturing establishments in Massachusetts. For 21 years he was Canada's prime minister. He was the longest serving Prime Minister in British Commonwealth history. His decisions during this time contributed significantly to the shaping of Canada and to its development as an influential middle power in world affairs.
