Prospectus to advance the cultivation of eucalyptus as a timber crop in the U.S. Dr. Olseen-Seffer is held out as an expert, reproducing two printed letters from him , along with a portrait of a handsome gentleman whose credentials include graduating from Stanford and spending three years in Australia in government service studying different species of Eucalypts. The reproduced letters are addressed to the Secretary and to the President of the Sacramento Valley Improvement Co. touting the suitability of cultivation of Eucalyptus Rostrata in California. Also includes a photographic illustration of eucalyptus plantation in Florence, CA.
