Signed and inscribed at the title page, "To (name), with my sincere good wishes, Edward Grierson, Harrogate, march 1952". Uncommon thus, the book is in VG shape, fore-edge and top-edge slightly age-toned, binding square and tight. Gilt titles to black label at spine, patterned/decorated boards. The dustjacket is unclipped with minor loss at the corners, some nicks at the edges and a small tear at the crown but is not faded and looks quite bright. Off-setting to the the inside of the dustjacket fropm the patterned boards - a Good condition jacket.
