Owner name embossed in gold at bottom ( Edward D. Geiger ) Binding very ting, with very clean content. Last blank page / endpaper carries pencil names & address. Most likely of personel in the requirements division. .Book is part of large Portland ,Oregon inventory in storage since the 1960s , so E.D. Geiger was most likely from the Portland Or. / Seattle Wa. .areas.
