Pictorial printed self-wrappers, 15.75 x 11.25 inches; 16 pp. Text printed in 4 columns. Illustrated with 5.5 x 9 inch wood-engraved view of the Tulare County Court-House on front page and many other views of buildings and sites around the county. Increasingly rare "The Resources of California" - a monthly publication promoting California to settlers and tourists. This issue focuses almost entirely on Tulare County, though an page is devoted to Charles Crocker, who died on August 14, 1888. Many advertisements by local businesses.
