Condition: Spine very faded and marked, rear hinge weak & parting. a reading copy.

nd. 5th edition.. Spine very faded and marked, rear hinge weak & parting. a reading copy.. Red cloth boards. 360pp 8vo. Authoress was regarded as 'The Kipling of Rhodesia'. Originally published in 1912, I note that the publisher's list of works 'By The Same Author' shows nothing published after this, not even 'The Great Splendour' published in the same year. Possibly not much later than 1912 or the publisher was remiss in updating his advertising page!
