New York: Random House, 1983. First Edition. good, fair. 399, notes, bibliography, index, small tear/chip in front DJ, some wear and soiling to DJ. The author is the grand-nephew of the subject. Anna Louise Strong was an American journalist whose circle included Trotsky, Stalin, Borodin, Eleanor Rossevelt, Mao Tse-Tung, and Chou En-lai. She died in 1970 in Peking, and was buried with full honors in the Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery.
