SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the top half of the title page, with a presentation inscription. Author's business card, again signed = 'Dai' (Welsh for David) - sellotaped (now yellowing) onto bottom half of title page. Otherwise unmarked, and appears to have seen little, if any, actual use.
