London: William Heinemann, 1905 First edition. Hardcover. Green cloth covered boards with gilt decoration and title to front and spine ,57 pages of text. Coloured frontispiece with 49 colour plates tipped in from watercolours by Arthur Rackham,at the rear as called for,. Each plate has a tilted guard leaf. Green endpapers . All the plates are clean and in Fine condition. Some foxing, heavy in places to title page and to text pages. The book binding is tight and firm but with some rubbing to top and bottom of spine and short splits along top of spine edge. rear corners slightly bumped. Book plate to front paste-down. A Very Good copy.
