First printing, 1874, possibly 2nd issue: in the ads preceeding the title page, this title is listed as number 3 of 4 titles in the Second Series of Luck and Pluck stories. VG copy in original lavender cloth gilt, yellow endpapers, 4pp ads, frontispiece, engraved Luck and Pluck Series plate, 349 pp. Spine slightly cocked and spine color color faded to a dull tan, most minor rubbing to spine ends but no loss to the cloth, innner hinges tight, just a slight bit of cracking to front inner hinge, all contents tight and unmarked. Handsome clean copy.
