Gift inscription on first blank page (Gladys Watchett from Robert C. Johnstone, Sept. 1, 1914). Several pages of advertising at front of volume. Tipped-in photo of RLS on frontispiece. Many B & W & colour plates. Colour plates are on a glossier and whiter stock. Essays by many literary figures, RLS on "Books Which Influenced Me", excerpts from his writing. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
