Gift inscription to fr. Ramon Garcia, 76pp., edited by Leonard Garza, 1 of about 200 copies according to the author's preface, each page of text printed inside double orange rules. Gilt-embossed titles inside decorative double gilt rules on upper cover still bright, original limp suede covers present but no longer attached to contents, front and back end papers present but also detatched, contents complete and still in original staples, clean and tight, lacks original rawhide ties which fastened the extended suede covers to the text. Suede covers have been clear taped inside clear plastic. see photos. In a new cusom hinged brown cloth clam-shell case, gilt titles. Carefully protects this rare San Antonio book and will allow perpendicular shelving with the book safely inside. Together with the 1961, second edition is suede textured brown wraps.
