London: Blackie & Son, 1911. Book. Illus. by Charles Robinson. Very Good. Hardcover. Presumed First Edition. 4to. No date but Copac gives 1911 and the gift inscription to the front end paper is dated Christmas 1913. Sixteen colour plates of which several are side by side, making double plates; numerous b/w illustrations, all by Charles Robinson. Title page printed in black and red. Original glazed pictorial boards with green cloth spine, good with a little general wear and rubbing to edges and corners. Contents good, original endpapers, the front with two gift inscriptions, internal hinges good and strong, possibly repaired, a little reading wear and a few nicks to edges. Overall a very good copy, with charming illustrations by Charles Robinson..
