Map endpapers. Well written history of the trail that became Hwy 101 leading from Mexico to just above San Francisco. Faint dampstain to small portion of front endpaper but not diswcolored or impacting any other page. 1" closed tear and minor edgewear to jacket. In mylar. . First American Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
