Printed for W. Innys, J. Richardson, J. and P. Knapton, C. Hitch, L. Hawes, R. Manby and H. S. Cox, London, 1753. Third Edition. Hardcover. Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. Contemporary half leather with most of leather missing from corners. Flaking on spine and with crack along full length of front joint and upper part of rear joint. Plain blue/grey paper covered boards are much darkened and rubbed and has a calculation of the rear cover. Raised bands on spine are rubbed. Covers are firmly attached by cords. End-papers are darkened, front end-paper is detached. Text block binding is sound. Plate number XXV 'Bases for the Columns of Each Order' is missing. 63 plates present showing various architectural details. Title page has light foxing, pages and plates are clean. Size: Folio. vi, [2], 28, plates I-LXIV (except XXV). No dust jacket, as published. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 1-2kg.
