First story Rupert and Rollo. 119 pages. 9.5 x 7 inches. Glue to spine dried out and thus covers are detached from contents. 1" split to front edge of top & tail of spine. Covers just slightly grubby gut generally nice and bright. Price-cut. Name in ink in belongs to box. A few grubby marks to contents but generally a very nice copy.

Rear joint is split so the rear cover is detached from spine. NOT price-cut or inscribed. Contents are clean. Slight musty odour present. If not for the rear joint and base of spine, this would be an almost fine copy.

No tears internally, no missing pages, contents clean, light crease on p.47. 'This Belongs To' box neatly filled in, not price-clipped. In all, a very decent copy indeed of this wartime Rupert Annual.
