[10] + 633 pp. + [3] + 20 plates (lacks plates facing 131, 168) /[4] + 594 pp. + 20 plates/[4] + 504 pp. + [38] pp. Index + 29 plates/[8] + 742 pp. + [2] + [27] pp. Index + [1] + 2 plates. 8vo., half calf with raised bands, gilt spines, marbled paper covered boards, endpapers and edges marbled to match. Books externally in fair condition: Vol. I front board detached, spine partially detached, rear joint cracked; Vol. II front board detached, backstrip partially detached, rear joint cracked; Vol. III front board detached, backstrip missing; Supplement front board detached, backstrip partially detached, rear joint cracked. Text complete; Vol. I missing two plates. Some foxing to text and plates, a few plates/pages with small areas of dampstaining to margins. Some of the plates are folding. Originally published in 1801, except for Supplement which is the 1st edition. Vol. I: hunting with hounds, Vol. II: angling, Vol. III: shooting.
