Slightly bumped head and tail of spine with a 4mm closed tear near the base of the spine. Ffep has a small segment of a sticker on it. Interior is clean and bright and is free of any marking. Dust jacket shows some edge wear and a 0.5cm closed tear at the bottom spine corner. DJ is in an archival mylar sleeve. Features many gorgeous color full-page illustrations by Antonio Domingues, a Bio-Bibliographical Chronology (by the author and Manuel Ferreira), a Bibliography of Agostinho Neto (works, articles, essays and interviews in newspapers and journals), and a Bibliography on Agostinho Neto. Antonio Agostinho Neto (1922-1979) was the first president of Angola and is considered to be the country's preeminent poet. Translated by Marga Holness. 133 (xxi) pages. 11.5 x 8.25 inches.
