Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1940. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good-/Good-. Stated First Edition, First Printing, March 1940. Light brown cloth boards. Bottom fore edge corners very lightly bumped. Front and rear paste downs and free end pages have blemishes (tape stains from a former an earlier dust jacket protector?). Dust jacket rubbed; chipping at head and foot of spine; spine a bit toned; 0.5 cm strip around bottom edge of jacket has color loss (and tape residue on rear panel); not price clipped ($2.00). DJ in archival mylar sleeve. 291 pages. 7.5 x 5 inches.
