New York and London: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1934. No dustjacket. xii + 301pp. Good to very good condition. Beige cloth with green lettering on spine and cover. Blue mapped endpapers and pastedowns. Includes 40 listed b&w photos. Tanned spine and light soiling to cloth. Very faint spotting to first 5 pages. Tight crack to rear hinge paper. An autobiographical account of nine voyages detailing exploration, research and adventures on his schooner Effie M. Morrissey from 1926-1933... Alaska, Labrador, Greenland and the North Pacific.
