London: Constable and Company Ltd., 1924. 1st Edition . Good. 11.25 x 15.75 inches (28 x 40 cm). Limited edition of 750 copies. Quarter beige cloth with decorative paper covered boards. Worn paper title label to spine. Spine has staining and browning, and loss to ends. Boards have browning and foxing , wear to corners. Top page edge gilt, other edges untrimmed. Some foxing to page edges, a couple of spots to text, otherwise clean throughout. Gift inscription to front free endpaper. Complete with the 16 tipped-in colour plates. Most have creasing to the lower left corner, one has slight loss to the lower left corner. Overall condition is Good.
