Elephant Folio, newsprint wraps, 4 pp. Very Good. Uneven toning at top edge gives the appearance of top-edge-chipping, but is not. See scans. In protective plastic. Still in the thick of the War of 1812, this issue has articles on the British attack on Oswego, the freeing of 52 American sailors who had been impressed by the cartel, and a number of related pieces. Also in this issue are "The Crown Prince", a letter from the Prince Royal of Sweden, Charles Jean, to Baron de Cederheilm; a Cushing editorial on the U.S. Constitution and a reprint from the Kentucky Gazette ("Kentucky Complaints") regarding "the abandonment of (trade) restrictions", apparently as part of an ongoing feud with the President; a William Pitt in memoriam; some Massachusetts issues; "Masonic Information"; "Democratic Hobgoblins (see scan); ppoetry, ads and other standard items. l-Lng1
