German and English in side-by-side columns on each page. 75 Cents is price on cover; "Metropolitan Opera Association, Incorporated" at head of cover title. On cover publisher is listed as Fred Rullman, Inc. "The only correct and authorized edition". Title page has publisher as Boosey & Hawkes; first text page states: "Copyright assigned 1943 to Boosey & Hawkes, Ltd."
