New York: George H. Doran Company, 1923. First Thus. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Edited with a critical estimate and a bibliography by Ray Palmer Baker. Orange cloth with red lettering to the front board and the spine. Black and white frontispiece. Outer page edges lightly soiled, with the upper edges lightly foxed. Some light foxing to the endpages and pastedowns. The dustjacket is worn at the outer extremities with some light dustsoil over all and a chip to both the upper outside corner of the front panel and at the head of the spine panel.
