WARMLY INSCRIBED BY LELAND CUTLER, CHAIRMAN OF THE SAN FRANCISCO WORLD TRADE CENTER AUTHORITY, on the front free endpaper. A solid copy to boot of the 1945 1st edition. Tight and VG in its light-blue boards, with mild scuffing to the rear panel and light, closed splitting along the base of the spine. Tall quarto, crisp photos and plans throughout for a project that never came to fruition.
