Tanning to margins of covers; creases to lower outer corner of front cover and title leaf; tan soil spots to margin of lower outer corner of first few leaves; two four page gatherings near centre have come loose from the staples, including the double page view of Avalon harbor; light foxing to the title leaf; in all, a good, still respectable copy, no owner names. Captioned photographic views on every page of text, with a map on the last page.The booklet was for sale exclusively by Catalina Novelty Company and H.R. Travilla, Avalon, Catalina Island.
