Cromo N.B. was founded in Milan in 1927 by Nino Basevi. In 1988, Cromo N.B. moved from its historical headquarters in Milan to Bareggio. Many significant (traditionally mostly Italian) artists have worked for Cromo N.B. All the designs published by Cromo N.B. are original.
