Topsfield, MA: Salem House Publishers, 1988. First Edition. Hardcover. SIGNED. Quarto [29.5 cm] Blue cloth effect paper over boards with red ink stamped title on the backstrip. Pictorial endpapers. Very good condition. The spine ends and edges of the covers are minimally bumped and rubbed. In a very good dust jacket, with lightly bumped edges, and a 3/4" closed tear in the paper at the foot of the jacket's spine. The Gonzo artist's scathing critique on the American political culture. Signed by Ralph Steadman on the second page, above the illustration.
