Contains illustrated articles about Rivoire's apparatus for registering music; a dry insulator for the detection of leakages of gas; the panoramic photo-field glass; the La Burt conduit railway; the Canadian ship canal and St. Mary's Falls canal; an elevator for unloading coal from boats; and the Brighton Dike aerial ropeway. Also, a report on research into the effect on the oyster of typhoid. Scarce. In Very Good+ Condition: closed 3-cm. tear from lower edge of last leaf; one horizontal fold; otherwise, clean and solid.
