Chapman - author of the chapter on ecology and J. S. Hobbs who is thanked in the preface. Pp. xvi, 234, numerous folding maps, plans and charts, b/w illustrations throughout. With the scarce dust jacket, which has a small repair to the head of the spine using acid free paper, a few other nicks repaired to the reverse with japanese paper, not price clipped, now protected in a clear removable archival sleeve. Hardback binding very good. Contents clean and tight, more or less unmarked. A very good copy signed by the editor and others associated with the book. . Signed by Author. First Edition. Hardcover.
