On the front free-endpaper, "To Aaron from your Uncle Ken - Kenneth Merrell 27 February 2008." and on the half title page, "Kenneth W merrell First copy from the press 30 October 2006." A great collectible copy in very good condition - some wavering to the bottom edge of the textblock, otherwise a clean and tight copy with minor bending at the spine tips. Unclipped jacket has a "Handcart Award" label to the rear panel, general light soiling and ruffling at the panel edges. 230 pp., indexed.
